Understanding high triglycerides and how to control it

Introduction

Most of us do not know about high triglycerides. Studies have often linked high levels of triglyceride with heart disease, stroke, and stroke. This is especially true for people with “good” low HDL cholesterol and people with type 2 diabetes.
